Fortunately they didn’t go with those particular rearview mirrors.
The production car has “tollbooth windows” which have a much smaller opening than the one above, though, so that’s still a source of discussion/mods amongst DMC-owners. (You can’t make the whole huge thing go down because of the way the door tapers.)
